What It Is
Five courses, three shows.
A five-course tasting menu at Ama, paced so the room breathes between plates. Between courses the floor clears and professional dancers perform — three separate sets across the evening, close enough that you feel the timing in the floor.
After the final set the cast stays in costume for an optional photo op. No class, no language exchange, no 2am social — those live on Dance Night and Dance Class. Out by 10:30.
Live On Stage
A live band, two voices, one room.
Bandoneón, piano, and two singers — performed a few feet from your table. No backing track, no playlist. You hear the room breathe between phrases.

Before you come out
How is this different from Dance Night?
Dance Dinner is a seated five-course dinner with three live shows between courses. There's no class and no language exchange — those live on Dance Night and Dance Class. It ends at 10:30 instead of running to 2am.
Do I have to dance?
No. This evening is built to be watched and enjoyed — you're at the table, the professionals are on the floor.
How does the photo op work?
After the final show the cast stays in costume for portraits. It's optional and included — come up if you want one.
What should I wear?
Smart casual. It's a dinner room with a stage — dress like you're going out.
